Recipe: Cheeseburger Stuffed Football Potato Skins

Do you ever make potato skins? I usually don't. And sometimes when you order them out, they are dry and bland. Well, these potato skins are none of the sort. They are full of flavor and definitely not dry.

Who doesn't love a cheeseburger? They are definitely one of my favorite things. What can I say ... I love beef. I also love potatoes. So, why not pair them up. For this recipe I mixed two favorites, cheeseburgers and potato skins.

I wanted all those flavors you love about a cheeseburger crammed into that potato skin. And that is exactly what this is. I am telling you, when you bring these to a Super Bowl party, everyone is going to love you!
