Shipping and Delivery Options
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days)
Domestic Pricing:
- 0-8 oz. ($4.50)
- 9-16 oz. ($6.50)
- 17-35 oz. ($8.50)
- 2-5.99 lb. ($10.50)
- 6-15 lb. ($15.50)
- $50 and more (Free)
Processing Time
Orders are processed every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders received Thursday through Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday. Orders received Tuesday through Wednesday will be processed the following Thursday. Once the item has been processed through the shipping company, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
Cancellations
After an order is submitted and processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled. If there are any questions about cancelling an order, please contact us at hello@thecelebrationco.com
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the time order is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can find more information here.
Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the status of your delivery.
Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
