Assembly Steps:

1. Paint your plank with DecoArt Country Red Paint
2. Wipe off excess and dry
3. Sand surface to create the level of distress as you like
4. Tear your Blue Star Background to the appropriate proportion to your sign and glue in upper left corner
5. Using the Canvas Ribbon, create white stripes across the red field, gluing them as you go.  
6. Add as many Rusty Tin Stars as you like in whatever formation you prefer.
