There’s something special about having a weekend on the calendar to look forward to! Celebration in the Bluegrass is more than a crafting event — it’s a chance to step away from the everyday, spend time creating, meet new friends and connect in person with the creators you’ve come
to know and love.
Your registration includes six exclusive projects, two full days of crafting, instruction from five creators, lunch both days, swag, prizes, shopping and so
much more. Best of all, your spot is reserved for a weekend filled with creativity, laughter, friendship and plenty of memories made together. We can’t wait to welcome you to Lexington!
Do I need to be an experienced crafter?
Not at all. The event is designed to welcome crafters with a variety of experience levels.
Can I attend by myself?
Absolutely. Many guests attend creative events on their own and leave with new friends.
Is the VIP experience included?
No. The Sunday VIP Luncheon & Thrifting experience requires a separate ticket. The cost is $200.
Are there hotel accommodations?
Yes. We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the venue. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other hotels are available within a 2-mile radius.
Will there be shopping?
Yes. Guests will have opportunities to shop exclusive products and participating vendors.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
Yes. We understand that plans can change, and we've established the following cancellation policy for Celebration in the Bluegrass:
On or before October 16, 2026: Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
October 17, 2026 – December 16, 2026: Receive a 50% refund of your registration fee.
On or after February 16, 2027: No refunds will be issued.
These deadlines allow us to finalize event planning, order supplies, prepare craft kits, coordinate meals, and fulfill our commitments to the venue and guest presenters.
